has a focus on connecting breath to movement. The classes are a sequence made up of sun salutations, warrior and balancing postures often with a particular focus and leading to a peak posture. There is a dynamic aspect to the class but there is also time to slow down for some deep stretching.

It is a challenging, dynamic practice rooted in ashtanga and was created to allow more freedom of movement, creativity and playfulness. It is ideal for relieving stress, building strength, balance and flexibility and stimulating increased consciousness.
this slow-paced class is a relaxed environment to learn or if you already have experience it’s an opportunity to take things slower if you need a more nurturing class . If you have any injuries or physical limitations, hatha yoga is a gentler practice that can be easier on the body
